5 things to consider for children`s ear, nose and throat health!
  1. You do not need to constantly clean your child's ear. What we call earwax is actually ear oil, which protects us from infections inside the ear and you do not need to clean your child's ear after every bath.
  2. Do not let your child run with a sharp object in his/her hand or run with a candy in his/her mouth. These can cause very dangerous injuries.
  3. Keep your babies who have not yet grown molars away from foods that cannot be chewed, such as nuts and peanuts.
  4. Under supervision, give your children who are a few years old vegetables or fruits such as plums and grapes that can get into the windpipe and block it completely.
  5. You should be very careful with the batteries in your home. If they are inserted into the nose or swallowed, they can cause melting of the mucous membrane, i.e. tissue. Please keep batteries indoors and out of the reach of your child.
